The Community Baptist Church Mission Statement 

The purpose of Community Baptist Church is to please God as a church family through our worship, fellowship, evangelism and discipleship.  

It is with pleasure that as a Gospel quartet based out of Community Baptist Church in La Grange, North Carolina; that we use the same Mission Statement. 

As each of us has discussed numerous time in practice, we simply want to please God.  We love to fellowship with each other, but more so, we desire to fellowship with other Christians and share the Word of God through song and testimony.  In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus says "Go ye, therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever i have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the age."

Each time we practice, we pray in Jesus name, that God will take our music and testimony to touch the hearts of those that hear, giving strength to those who believe and to bring hope to the lost with a saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  If we can witness to just one individual and help them to receive Eternal Life through the Grace of Jesus, then our mission is complete. 

We desire to share God's Word through song and testimony with any church in eastern North Carolina.
